In Highland’s Lower School, students don’t just absorb information. They present. They perform. They collaborate. They serve. Through science-based reading and writing, experiential math, Project Approach learning, public speaking opportunities, and meaningful and inspiring field studies, students learn to stand up and share ideas, think critically, and support their peers.
