Employment Opportunities

Highland's faculty and staff of 100 bring a wealth of experiences to our campus, classrooms, field studies, and athletic fields.

Students across all divisions are taught by and interact with professional educators who are experts in their respective fields. From accomplished artists, musicians, and scientists, to masters in foreign language, world history, and mathematics, the Highland experience is constantly being shaped and reshaped by the experiences of our faculty and staff.

Robust programs to encourage professional development
To encourage ongoing learning among our employees, Highland School offers a robust professional development program. In addition to attending educational opportunities and conferences off campus, faculty fellowships, available each summer, give faculty members a unique opportunity to define and explore areas of professional interest. They also present a unique chance to investigate potential projects or consider curricular changes for the upcoming academic year.  Additionally, we encourage our teachers to collaborate often both on these fellowships and in the classroom.
