GENERAL WAIVER: By signing below, I acknowledge that I understand
that because of the nature of some activities within the program,
regardless of the high degree of supervision, there is potential
for accidental injury. If I cannot be contacted, I hereby authorize
the staff of Highland School Summer Camp to act for me according
to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention.
I hereby waive and release Highland School and Highland School in
its entirety from any and all liability due to injury or illnesses
incurred while at Highland School summer camp. I have no knowledge
of any physical impairment that would be affected by the above-named
campers participation in all camp programs selected. I give permission
for my child to be transported in Highland buses to camp activities.
I have received (online), read and agree to the policies set forth
in the Summer Camp Handbook. I also grant Highland School Summer
Camp permission to use any photographs of my child taken during
the summer program for promotional purposes. Highland School reserves
the right to withdraw any camp for any reason.
