Prior to joining the Admission Office in 2009, Donna served the Highland community as a Trustee, parent volunteer and Parents Association President. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Donna earned her B.S. in both Dairy Science and Animal Science, and an M.S. in Dairy Cattle Nutrition. During a 15 year career with Eastman Chemical Company, she specialized in Environmental Management and and Regulatory and Legislative Advocacy. Donna and her husband Dana have two children, both of whom attend Highland School: Tal, Grade 5 and Anna Grace, Grade 2.

Laura joined the Admission Office in 2006, but has served the Highland community since 1999. A graduate of Keene State College, she earned her degree in Business Management and Clothing and Textiles.  Laura schedules all campus visits, processes all applications, oversees the Ambassador and Host program and interviews students. She lives in Warrenton with her two children, Megan and Dan, both of whom are Upper School students at Highland.
