The Highland libraries currently subscribe
to online databases which provide students with thousands
of articles from magazines to encyclopedias. Highland's
online databases can be accessed from any computer with
a connection to the Internet and a password that is assigned
by the librarian. Please call either Loeb Library or the

Biography Resource Center
Award winning biographies from respected Gale Group sources.
Student Resource Center Gold
This database has thousands of primary documents, biographies,
topical essays, background information, ctirical analyses,
and much more.
Gale Group Database
Extensive database containing the most popular magazines,
journals, newspapers, and more. Full text articles are availble
through this service which date back 20 years.
Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center
The Center draws on the acclaimed social issues series published
by Greenhaven Press, as well as core reference content from
other Gale and Macmillan Reference USA sources to provide
a complete one-stop source for information on social issues.
Encyclopedia Brittanica
One of the most authoritative information sources in the
world with over 73,000 articles.
