Reginald Ryder
Director of Guidance

Reginald is the Director of Guidance. Most recently he served as the Assistant Dean of Students and Dorm head at Westtown School in Pennsylvania. Reginald earned a B.S. in Political Science from Ball State University and a Master's of Education and Counseling Psychology (with a concentration in college student personnel administration) from James Madison University.

MacRae O'Brien
Lower/Middle School Guidance

MacRae is responsible for PK-Grade 8 Guidance. Most recently she was a social worker and case manager for Foundations for Home & Community in Washington, D.C., and while there also substitute taught at Saint Stephen's and Saint Agnes School in Alexandria. MacRae graduated as a Monroe Scholar from the College of William & Mary with a B.A. in Psychology and Literature. She holds an M.S.W from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a licensed graduate social worker. She has also had additional training in family team meetings, engaging families, structured decision making and crisis intervention.
